The Space Between
Exploring creativity, change, and the quiet art of becoming.

There’s a place between what was and what’s next, a quiet stretch of time where we wait, observe, and slowly understand who we’re becoming.
This space, the in-between, is where The Space Between was born.
As both an artist and a psychotherapist, I’ve spent decades listening to how people navigate change: how we wrestle with uncertainty, how we reshape ourselves, and how we make meaning when the next chapter hasn’t yet revealed itself.
Creation, in art and in life, rarely happens in a straight line. It asks us to layer, revise, break apart, and reassemble what we thought we knew until something truer begins to take form.
Here, I explore the intersections of creativity, psychology, and aging, not as separate paths, but as one unfolding process of becoming.
Through essays and reflections, The Space Between offers a place to pause, to think, and perhaps to recognize yourself in the work of becoming, wherever you are in it.
If you find yourself standing at a threshold, wondering what’s emerging beneath the surface, you’re in the right place.
I’m glad you’re here.
